These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdb22 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdb22 website, mobile interface, sports betting services, live casino, and all other products offered at bdb22.org (collectively, "the Platform").

Access to and use of the bdb22 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdb22 maintains a strict minimum age of 18 and will not knowingly permit any individual under this age to register or engage in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.

Age Verification

Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, bdb22 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals or access certain game categories. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds returned (minus any amounts staked), and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with bdb22. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdb22 uses technical and manual verification processes to detect multi-accounting. Players found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended and all balances forfeited, including any pending bonus funds.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

bdb22 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for that refusal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdb22 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdb22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed at the current prevailing exchange rate where currency conversion is required.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdb22 account within seconds of confirmed payment.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to clear depending on the sending institution.
• bdb22 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting or gaming on the bdb22 Platform. bdb22 is not a money storage or remittance service.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects all parties.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.

Transaction Monitoring

All deposits and withdrawals on the bdb22 Platform are subject to automated and manual monitoring for fraud, money laundering, and bonus abuse. bdb22 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities where legally required to do so. Players who engage in transactions that appear to constitute money laundering will have their accounts immediately suspended and all balances frozen pending investigation.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bdb22 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. bdb22 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, accepted at an obviously incorrect price, or placed on an event that has already concluded. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and at the discretion of the bdb22 trading team. bdb22 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point without prior notice, particularly during periods of unusual market movement or where the integrity of the event is in question.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50 per selection.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) combining multiple selections are permitted. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to be settled as a winner.
• Asian handicap, over/under, and first-innings markets are available for eligible cricket and football fixtures.
• Cash-out is available on selected pre-match and in-play markets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and may change rapidly during live events.

Casino and Slot Games

General Bonus Terms

Suspension by bdb22

bdb22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• The account is being used for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player is under the age of 18 or has attempted to circumvent age verification controls.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits their use of this Platform.
• There is a risk to the security of the Platform or other players' accounts associated with the continued operation of the account.

In the event of account suspension for breach of these Terms, bdb22 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, bdb22 may forfeit the balance in question in accordance with applicable fraud and AML policies.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bdb22 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed with priority and actioned within one hour.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months or more. bdb22 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. Dormant account balances below ৳500 may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 after the dormancy threshold is reached, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

Reinstatement

Players whose accounts have been suspended due to suspected breach of Terms may appeal the decision by contacting [email protected] with full details of their case. bdb22 will review all appeals within 10 business days and communicate the outcome in writing. bdb22's decision on appeal is final. Accounts suspended for confirmed fraud, confirmed underage play, or confirmed money laundering will not be eligible for reinstatement under any circumstances.
